Pehea oe - How are you?

Think about that… Did you walk to school? Go to the gym or beach? Work all day? Go out with friends or binge watch your show on Netflix? (No lie). Now take 5 minutes and write about your day. (Set a timer, if that helps). Use as much Hawaiian as you possibly can - fill in with English as needed. Next, (this is important), reflect on what you wrote to see what barriers you hit.

• What do you not know how to say?
• Are there words that you don’t know?
• What areas do you need to improve?

Now, pick ONE of those things to focus on this week.
